Due to the personal nature of our products all sales are final. Please check all items promptly after recieving your shipment to be sure they work. The only credit or exchange exceptions will be made for products with a defect or for a shipping error by us. This policy protects our customers and also our staff from handling or exposing themselves to unsanitary condtions or potential health risk. You must contact admin@melodysroom.com immediately (within 10 days of receiving your shipment) for further return instructions. Items must be returned unused & in its original packaging & will not be accepted for credit or exchange if it is not. If you have any questions please contact us.
